What is iKinder.org?

We are a community partnership between NapaLearns, the Napa County Office of Education,
Napa county school districts and Dr. Pamela Redmond of Touro University California.

Created by teachers who are pioneering the use of technology and innovative 21st Century Learning in pre-Kindergarten through second grades throughout the Napa Valley, we have been exploring the ways technology can be used to enhance learning for all students since 2011. Our common goal is to implement practices that improve access for our youngest students and to build a strong foundation of skills, vocabulary, and strategies for lifelong learning.

The purpose of this website is to share our unique experiences, support innovative change, participate in objective research, and foster a strong professional learning community (PLC) for teachers who are are also innovating new ways to use of technology as a learning tool in the classroom.
